Abram Hilton Apartments

Hilton is nestled back in a quiet part of the south end of the city. This 30 unit complex has 16 one bedroom, 4 two bedrooms, 8 three's and 2 four bedroom units. This complex was built very similar to the Day apartments having hardwood floors, large closets, new kitchens and with the exception of the one bedrooms has a washer hookup. However, Hilton doesn’t have a basement for tenants. We do provide an on site laundry room and outside storage shed for your children’s bikes. The heat is supplied from a central boiler plant with each apartment having it’s own thermostat.

This complex is one block from the bus route and two blocks from a convenient store. Children are bused from this complex directly to school.
