Hilton is nestled back in a quiet part of the south end of the city. This 30 unit complex has 16 one bedroom, 4 two bedrooms, 8 three's and 2 four bedroom units. This complex was built very similar to the Day apartments having hardwood floors, large closets, new kitchens and with the exception of the one bedrooms has a washer hookup. However, Hilton doesn’t have a basement for tenants. We do provide an on site laundry room and outside storage shed for your children’s bikes. The heat is supplied from a central boiler plant with each apartment having it’s own thermostat.The Van Rensselaer Village is currently under a major renovation.

This seniors only building is a 4-story high rise located at 500 16th St. It has 69 units with 4 units that are fully handicapped accessible. The apartments have a beautiful kitchen and a very large living room and bedroom. All bathrooms have a roll in shower with a comfortable seat. One of the best features is the large amount of storage available for a one-bedroom unit
This complex has 60 one-bedroom units for seniors that are 62 years or older or handicapped. Some of these units are on the second floor for those who can negotiate the stairs and don’t want to be on the ground floor. All units are row style and have both a front and rear exit. Every apartment has hot water heat and controls their own thermostat, which connects to a central boiler plant. Washing machine and cable TV hookup are also provided in each apartment. You can use the laundry facility located only a few feet from your apartment in the Community room or the clothes poles located behind your units.
