This complex has 60 one-bedroom units for seniors that are 62 years or older or handicapped. Some of these units are on the second floor for those who can negotiate the stairs and don’t want to be on the ground floor. All units are row style and have both a front and rear exit. Every apartment has hot water heat and controls their own thermostat, which connects to a central boiler plant. Washing machine and cable TV hookup are also provided in each apartment.  You can use the laundry facility located only a few feet from your apartment in the Community room or the clothes poles located behind your units. In addition to a beautiful community room tenants have free use of a computer connected to the internet.
